Kryxana 200mg Tablet is an anticancer medication containing the active ingredient ribociclib. It is used in women to treat a type of breast cancer (hormone receptor-positive, HER2 negative breast cancer) that is locally advanced or has spread to other parts of the body. Cancer is a condition in which cells multiply in an uncontrolled and abnormal manner. This medication is given in combination with other medications.
 
Kryxana 200mg Tablet 2'S is not recommended for adolescents and children under 18 years of age. Before taking this medication, it is vital to inform your doctor if you have any signs of infections (fever, mouth ulcers, or sore throat), liver disorders, heart disorders, or if you are allergic to peanut or soya. Use effective birth control during the treatment and for at least 21 days after the last dose.

Adlante 4MG CAPSULE contains Lenvatinib which belongs to the group of medicines called Antineoplastic agents. Adlante 4MG CAPSULE is used on its own to treat locally recurrent/metastatic thyroid cancer in adults when radioactive iodine treatment becomes insufficient to stop the disease.

Adlante 4MG CAPSULE is also used on its own to treat liver cancer (hepatocellular carcinoma) when it becomes unresectable in adult patients. It is also used together with pembrolizumab (anticancer medicine) to treat endometrial carcinoma when cancer has spread and cannot be treated by surgery/radiation treatment. The medicine is also indicated for use in combination with everolimus (anticancer medicine) to treat advanced renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer) in adults prior to anti-angiogenic therapy (cancer therapy).

Indications 

Vincristine sulphate is used either alone or in conjunction with other oncolytic drugs for the treatment of:

1. Leukemia, including acute lymphocytic leukaemia, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia, acute myelogenous leukaemia and blastic crisis of chronic myelogenous leukaemia.
2. Malignant lymphomas, including Hodgkin''''s disease and non-Hodgkin''''s lymphomas.
3. Multiple myeloma.
4. Solid tumors, including breast carcinoma, small cell bronchogenic carcinoma, head and neck carcinoma and soft tissue sarcomas.
5. Paediatric solid tumors, including Ewing''''s sarcoma, embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma, neuroblastoma, Wilms'''' tumor, retinoblastoma and medulloblastoma.
6. Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Patients with true ITP refractory to splenectomy and short-term treatment with adrenocortical steroids may respond to Vincristine but the medicinal product is not recommended as primary treatment of this disorder. Recommended weekly doses of Vincristine given for 3 to 4 weeks have produced permanent remissions in some patients. If patients fail to respond after 3 to 6 doses, it is unlikely that there will be any beneficial results with additional doses.

Dosage 

Adults: Usually administered intravenously at weekly intervals; recommended dose is 1.4 to 1.5 mg/m² up to a maximum weekly dose of 2 mg.

Children: The suggested dose is 1.4 to 2 mg/m² given on a weekly basis with a maximum weekly dose of 2 mg. For children weighing 10 kg or less the starting dose should be 0.05 mg/kg administered as a weekly intravenous injection.

Administration 

The concentration of Vincristine Sulphate Injection is 1 mg/mL. Do not add extra fluid to the vial prior to removal of the dose. Withdraw the solution of Vincristine Sulfate Injection, USP into an accurate dry syringe, measuring the dose carefully.

Contraindications 

• Intrathecal administration is usually fatal.
• Patients with the demyelinating form of Charcot-Marie-Tooth syndrome.
• Patients who have shown signs of hypersensitivity to Vincristine or to any of the excipients.

Oncolet 2.5mg is an anti-cancer drug that belongs to the class aromatase inhibitor. It is indicated as a supportive therapy after the main therapy or first-line therapy for postmenopausal women with early and advanced breast cancer whose tumors are hormone receptor-positive. Since high amounts of estrogen are found to trigger breast cancer, this medicine reduces the levels of the female reproductive hormone by blocking the enzyme (aromatase) that is involved in the production of estrogen. This medicine aims to slow or stop the growth and/or spreading to other body parts. 

Inform your physician if you have not attained menopause yet, as this medicine does not work for premenopausal women. Since this medicine tends to reduce the levels of female reproductive hormones, it is not advised for menstruating women as it is related to causing fertility issues. It is advised to keep track of your cholesterol levels as this medicine tends to elevate cholesterol levels. Oncolet 2.5mg could also decrease bone mineral density. Hence, discuss with your physician and consider monitoring your bone parameters regularly. It is advised to use effective birth control during the treatment and at least 3 weeks after the last dose.
